ECE - EKUAA Meetup at Khulna University Campus

The spirit of togetherness and warmth filled the air on the evening of March 8, 2025, as the EKUAA Iftar and Dua Mahfil took place at Khulna University. This special gathering united alumni, faculty members, and current students of the ECE discipline, creating a beautiful moment of connection and shared joy during the holy month of Ramadan.

From the very start, the event was filled with excitement and anticipation. Alumni from various batches, some traveling from Dhaka, joined the occasion, making it a truly remarkable reunion. The presence of EKUAA President Shakil Alam and General Secretary Titumeer Ahmed added to the significance of the evening, as it was the first time both attended an iftar event together at Khulna University. Their encouragement and support motivated both alumni and students to strengthen their bond and uphold the EKUAA spirit.

The program was flawlessly organized, thanks to the dedicated efforts of the current ECE students and event coordinators. Special recognition goes to Hasib ‘05 as the convener, along with Tirzo ‘10, Rubel ‘10, and Tahmid ‘11, whose hard work ensured the smooth execution of the event. Their efforts, combined with the warm hospitality of the students, made everyone feel at home.

The evening was filled with heartfelt conversations, nostalgic memories, and a renewed sense of community. Senior alumni such as Wahid Bhai, Jayner Bhai, and Sheetol Bhai actively participated, making the occasion even more special. Though Kayes Bhai and Tipu Bhai were unable to attend due to other commitments, their support and enthusiasm were deeply felt.

The journey from Dhaka to Khulna and back was an experience in itself—filled with laughter, shared stories, and the joy of reconnecting with old friends. It was a day cherished by all who attended, marking yet another milestone in EKUAA’s mission to foster strong connections between alumni and current students.
